PLOT :
One day, a woman named Sara, a scientist expert in genetics and viruses, is kidnapped by a cult.
She was supposed to contribute her knowledge to the creation of a new mutant virus.
The Sect, however, had not taken into consideration that Sara was married to a former military soldier named Ryo.
It is up to Ryo to find her and eliminate the leader of the Sect and her militants.
Info on the demo :
In this Demo Ryo ( the main character ) will not be able to die and there is a lot of ammunition ( in the final version the ammunition will be scarce and you will have to look for it in the game ).
When you eliminate an enemy they will often release bonuses to increase your health and refill your ammo.
Commands To move the character forward, press the UP arrow;
By pressing DOWN the character will walk backwards.
By pressing SHIFT the character will turn 360°;
Pressing LEFT or RIGHT will turn Ryo in the respective directions.
Press SPACE or LeftMouseButton to shoot, read the books, access the next levels.
Press PagDown to decrease the speed of the game.
Press PagUP to increase the speed of the game.
To enter the safe code, press the buttons on the keypad;
The game is by default in English by GoogleTranslate ... but it is possible to set it in Italian by clicking on Language.
The game is deliberately made easy to finish.
Some.an8 files contain a license which however refers to the original.md2/3ds files (then converted into an8 and modified)
and not present in the game.
The music See-me-Die_2 ( Hurt ) has its own license;

The 3D files of the 2 characters were mainly.md2 files, I then converted them into.an8 files to create the animation.
While the doberman is an.an8 file created completely by me with anim8or and available for download on this site :)
The original game sound is not present in the video above :
In the game you will be able to listen to sounds with 3D characteristics, that is, if an enemy shoots at us from the left,
the sound will be heard mainly from the left speaker, thanks to GM pan function.
After all this time ( 2 years have already passed ), now having a notebook with seven and a different graphics card,
I wanted to make some changes to the demo, also based on some of your suggestions:
Now the menu is no longer staggered as it happened on some PCs with a different graphics card.
Now you can also use Space (in addition to the left Mouse Button) to shoot and other functions.
Now the shot no longer deviates to the left, although the effect can visually occur again when the character stops:
at that moment the camera approaches him and places himself behind him, so it may seem that the shot goes in an off-center direction.
When you are inside the house and rotate the camera, it could happen that the view ends up beyond a wall, obstructing visibility.
For this reason I made the walls semi-transparent in that case.
Now it is possible to go back with the down arrow;
Now with the SHIFT button you can rotate the character and the camera 360°.
Now it is possible to set the speed of the game via PagUp and PagDown:
if the game is too fast and or the shots go past the enemies without hitting them, press PageDown several times.
There are many more bugs to fix, but for now I have other things to do :)

I would like to offer some advice for u3d soldier :
TIP 1: to perform the various actions instead of the left mouse button you could use another button on the keyboard ( FOR EXAMPLE SHIFT )
because it could happen ( for example it happened to me many times ) that you accidentally shoot and waste ammunition.
TIP 2: it would be nice if you could shoot while running, it would make things a little less complicated.
TIP 3: it would be nice if the character could perform jumps, so things would be a little more realistic and exciting.

The game is It was created on XP with a dated PC with little power.
I then tested it on a notebook with Windows 7 and it didn't work.

I would like to report some more or less annoying bugs that I found during the 3 levels.
BUG 1 : when I find the key to open the door on level 1 it turns black and with grass in the middle, to be able to enter I have to move away and try again.
BUG 2 : when I entered the first room with the zombie it got stuck in the door and couldn't move anymore.
BUG 3 : in the last level a zombie crossed the wall with his hands, but when I touched him it didn't hurt me.

A new video with some examples of how I used terrain decals in the game, via Ultimate 3D :)
With the functions of the decals, I created the sea waves, the blood ( before they were particles... but it's better this way ),
the footprints, the shadows of the trees ( before they were real shadows but now the result is better ).
Then in this video you can see small changes in the terrain, to which I removed the fence and added the texture of the water
... in fact now it looks like a little island :)

I added new shadows to the trees, but to avoid decreasing the fps too much I had to reduce the quality
I added some graves where the zombie will be placed.
Improved the menu room.
Added "comment cloud" to the main character: to communicate to the player the goals achieved or to be achieved.
I added the radar to the game, in this way you can clearly understand the position of the enemies to be eliminated.
